Roasted Onion Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 4 lb potatoes
- 23 c olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag
- After sealing shake to make sure the potatoes are completely covered
- Empty bag into a greased 13 x 9-inch or larger baking dish
- Garnish with pepper and parsley if desired
- Bake at 450 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender stirring occasionally
