Ingredients
- 2 lb Russet potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 onions cut into chunks
- 13 c olive oil
- 14 c butter melted
- 1 12 oz pkg onion soup mix
- 1 tsp dried thyme crumbled
- 1 tsp oregano crumbled
- 1 tsp dried marjoram crumbled
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large roasting pan
- Toss well Bake at 450 until potatoes are crisp and golden brown stirring occasionally about 1 14 hours
- Season potatoes to taste with salt and pepper
