Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 c chicken stock
- 1 12 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
- Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan Combine chicken stock garlic powder salt and pepper
- Pour over potatoes Dot with butter Cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes to brown potatoes
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
