Roasted Salted Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp oil
Directions
- Toss pecans in bowl with oil until well coated
- Spread on cookie sheet salt to taste
- Cook at 400 for about 10 minutes Check should be a little brown
- Remove from oven and cool
- Pack into containers
