Roasted Turnips Onions And Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lb turnips cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 carrots peeled and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
- 14 small boiling onions peeled
- 8 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced fresh savory or marjoram or 14 tsp dried
- 1 c fresh bread crumbs
- 12 garlic clove pressed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine turnips carrots onions and 8 whole garlic cloves in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish
- Drizzle vegetables with 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sprinkle with savory Season with salt and pepper and toss well
- Bake until vegetables are almost tender about 45 minutes
