RobbieS Praline Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c firmly packed light brown sugar
• 34 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 3 tsp cinnamon
• 12 c butter
• 12 c finely chopped pecans
• 3 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 12 c butter
• 34 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c raisins

Directions

1. To prepare praline mixture
2. Blend together brown sugar 34 cup flour and cinnamon cut in 12 cup butter until mixture is crumbly
3. Stir in pecans set mixture aside
