Robert FragaS Cuban Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb black beans
- 10 c water
- 23 c olive oil
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tsp salt
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 oz sliced pimentos
- 2 Tbsp white sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp red cooking wine dry
