  • 10 c water
  • 23 c olive oil
  • 2 large green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp black pepper
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 oz sliced pimentos
  • 2 Tbsp white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp red cooking wine dry
