Rocky Mountain Soup

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon sliced
- 12 c onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 12 c cooked rice
- 1 8 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper and salt
- 4 c water
Directions
- Fry bacon in saucepan
- Drain
- Saute onions and garlic in bacon fat until onions are golden brown
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 60 to 90 minutes
- Add water as necessary while cooking
