Rocky Road Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 c melted margarine
- 4 c miniature marshmallows
- 1 c brown sugar
- 13 c milk
- 14 c margarine
- 1 c powdered sugar
Directions
- Sift together flour sugar and salt
- Add eggs and vanilla Add walnuts
- Fold in melted margarine
- Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake 40 minutes at 350
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmallows
