Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. marshmallows
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chopped nuts
Directions
- Cut the marshmallows in quarters and put into a very large bowl in double boiler.
- Melt chocolate.
- When melted, add milk and keep mixing until smooth. Add the vanilla and stir.
- Let cool slightly. Add nuts.
- Pour over marshmallows and mix.
- Put in shallow loaf pan lined with waxed paper and let cool in refrigerator overnight.
