Rolled Chicken Surprise
Ingredients
- 6 boned skinned chicken breasts medium size feeds 8 to 12 people
- 12 pt sour cream or low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 large pkg Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing crushed
- 12 c melted oleo
Directions
- Combine sour cream or yogurt lemon juice Worcestershire sauce celery salt paprika garlic salt salt and pepper and mix well
- Dip chicken in mixture then into stuffing
- Roll up chicken and place in 9 x 12-inch baking dish
- Refrigerate 24 hours
- Pour melted oleo over chicken and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350
