Rolled Oats Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 13 c boiling water
  • 1 c oats
  • 12 c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c granulated sugar
  • 12 c coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 13 c flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cook oats in water
  2. Add butter
  3. Let cool
  4. Add sugars coconut and eggs
  5. Mix in dry ingredients
  6. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  7. Bake for 35 to 45
  8. minutes until light brown
