Ingredients

  • 1 round steak top or bottom 10 or 12-inches long and 6 or 7-inches wide meat should be 12 to 34-inches thick
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper
  • 3 large cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 can olives ripe or green sliced
  • 1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp marjoram
  • 2 cans beer room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp oil olive oil is good
  • 1 c flour
