Ingredients

  • 1 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp shortening Crisco
  • scalded milk do not boil
  • 3 c flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg yeast

Directions

  1. Mix
  2. all with flour
  3. May have to add a little more flour but make a soft dough
  4. Knead real good
  5. Put in a greased bowl
  6. Let rise until double in bulk about
  7. 1 hour
  8. Work down and make into rolls
  9. Makes 1 12 dozen
