Rolls With Gold Medal Flour

Ingredients
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbsp shortening Crisco
- scalded milk do not boil
- 3 c flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg yeast
Directions
- Mix
- all with flour
- May have to add a little more flour but make a soft dough
- Knead real good
- Put in a greased bowl
- Let rise until double in bulk about
- 1 hour
- Work down and make into rolls
- Makes 1 12 dozen
