Roman Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c margarine
  • 1 14 c sugar
  • 14 c brown sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 12 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 c diced apples
  • 1 c sour milk

Directions

  1. Cream together margarine sugars and eggs
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk
  3. Fold in diced apples
  4. Spread in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
