RonS Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 12 lb lard cold
  • 2 12 lb White Lily flour
  • 1 qt buttermilk

Directions

  1. Dump all in big bowl and mix really good
  2. Sprinkle pastry cloth well with flour and roll dough out like a cross
  3. Take left side fold to center
  4. Take right side fold to center
  5. Take bottom fold up
  6. Take top and fold down
  7. Roll over slightly with rolling pin then cut biscuits out with top of drinking glass
