RonS Biscuits

Ingredients
- 12 lb lard cold
- 2 12 lb White Lily flour
- 1 qt buttermilk
Directions
- Dump all in big bowl and mix really good
- Sprinkle pastry cloth well with flour and roll dough out like a cross
- Take left side fold to center
- Take right side fold to center
- Take bottom fold up
- Take top and fold down
- Roll over slightly with rolling pin then cut biscuits out with top of drinking glass
