RookieS Quiche

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 34 can evaporated milk
• 8 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 pkg frozen spinach drained in colander
• 14 c salsa
• 2 pie crusts

Directions

1. Mix together
2. Pour in 2 pie crusts
3. Bake 45 minutes in a 400 oven
4. Cool a few minutes and serve
