Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 section Roquefort or Blue cheese
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 18 tsp garlic powder optional
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 lemon
• 1 Tbsp wine vinegar
• 1 pkg Good Seasons Blue cheese dressing mix

Directions

1. Break up cheese and mix in remaining ingredients until smooth Or place all in a blender and process until smooth
2. If the dressing is too thick add a little milk to make it pour better
