Roquefort Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 c mayonnaise
- 1-12 c buttermilk
- 12 lb Roquefort or Danish Bleu Cheese crumbled
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly but gently
- Keep refrigerated in a tightly covered jar until ready to serve
- Makes 1 quart
