RosebudS Biscuits

Ingredients

  • medium to large bowl of self-rising flour sifted
  • 1 c and 2 Tbsp sweet milk
  • 12 c oil
  • extra oil for pan and top of biscuits

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Make a well in flour patting flour down lightly
  3. Pour milk into the well
  4. Add oil to milk
  5. With hands gradually add flour to make soft dough
  6. Flour hands
  7. Pinch off dough roll between hands forming biscuits
  8. Place biscuits on pan greased with oil
  9. I place biscuits touching
  10. Dab oil onto top of each biscuit
  11. Bake at 450 for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until done
  12. Place on broil to slightly brown tops
