Rosemary Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes peeled
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cube and boil potatoes until tender
- Drain water
- Mash potatoes and add onion and butter
- Add rosemary and gradually pour in milk until desired thickness
- Stir together well and place on low heat
- Add salt and pepper to taste
