Rosemary Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 8 medium red potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp crushed rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Toss potato wedges with oil place in a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle evenly with rosemary and salt
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour until golden brown and fork-tender
