Rosemary Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 8 medium red potatoes scrubbed and cut into wedges
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp crushed rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Toss potato wedges with oil place in a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle evenly with rosemary and salt
  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour until golden brown and fork-tender
