Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp salad oil
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 16 small new potatoes peeled or leave skin on
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp rosemary dried or fresh
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine oil and margarine in 9 x 13-inch roasting pan
- Heat in oven for 3 minutes to melt margarine
- Add potatoes and garlic
- Sprinkle rosemary salt and pepper over potatoes
- Shake pan to coat potatoes evenly
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes shaking pan occasionally so potatoes will brown on all sides
