Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 16 small new potatoes peeled or leave skin on
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp rosemary dried or fresh
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Combine oil and margarine in 9 x 13-inch roasting pan
  3. Heat in oven for 3 minutes to melt margarine
  4. Add potatoes and garlic
  5. Sprinkle rosemary salt and pepper over potatoes
  6. Shake pan to coat potatoes evenly
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes shaking pan occasionally so potatoes will brown on all sides
