Rotel Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 whole fryer or 6 to 7 leg quarters
- 10 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
Directions
- Boil chicken until tender
- Remove from broth and set aside to cool
- Cook spaghetti in chicken broth
- When tender partially drain leaving enough broth to be slightly soupy
- Add cheese soup and Ro-Tel
- Cook over very low heat stirring constantly until cheese is melted
- Remove skin and bones from chicken Break into bite size pieces
- Stir into spaghetti
- Add black pepper to taste
