Rotel Potatoes

Ingredients
- 14 lb mushrooms sliced
- 12 c onion chopped
- 1 10 oz can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 10 oz can Cheddar cheese soup
- 12 soup can water
- 12 stick margarine
- 10 to 12 small potatoes peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup

- In skillet saut mushrooms and onions until golden brown
