Rotini
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 32 oz Prego with mushrooms
- 1 pt tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp sweet basil
- 4 c rotini macaroni
- 1 lb Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Brown and drain ground beef onion salt and pepper
- Add Prego tomato juice oregano and sweet basil simmer 20 minutes Cook macaroni until tender and drain
- Grate cheese
- Layer in 2-quart casserole dish the meat sauce macaroni cheese macaroni and meat sauce
- Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes
- Add remaining cheese on top and bake until melted
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving
- Serves 4 to 6
