Rotini Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c 12 pkg Hogdson Mill rotini
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 c black olives drained and sliced
- 3 c fresh broccoli chopped
- 12 c saffron or safflower oil
- 1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 c diced cheese
- 2 c red grapes
- celery chopped optional
- 13 c tarragon vinegar
Directions
- In a bowl blend together the oil vinegar and Italian dressing
- In a large bowl combine other ingredients
- Stir Pour dressing over and stir
- Chill
- Keeps good in refrigerator May add other vegetables such as onions carrot slices cauliflower etc
