Round Salmon LoafMicrowave

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 c milk
  • 14 c melted butter
  • 3 slices soft bread cubed
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 cans 1 lb each red salmon bone and skin removed if necessary

Directions

  1. Beat egg slightly and mix with milk butter bread cubes salt and salmon blending well
  2. Pack firmly in greased 9-inch pie plate
  3. Cover with wax paper
  4. Microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes rotating dish 12 turn after 5 minutes
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings
  7. Serve with Dill Butter
