Round Salmon LoafMicrowave

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 c milk
- 14 c melted butter
- 3 slices soft bread cubed
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 cans 1 lb each red salmon bone and skin removed if necessary
Directions
- Beat egg slightly and mix with milk butter bread cubes salt and salmon blending well
- Pack firmly in greased 9-inch pie plate
- Cover with wax paper
- Microwave on High for 9 to 11 minutes rotating dish 12 turn after 5 minutes
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
- Serve with Dill Butter
