Round Steak - Company Style

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground meat
• 1 onion cut up
• 1 bell pepper chopped
• 1 pod garlic
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c cracker crumbs
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Tenderize and season large round steak set aside
2. Mix remaining ingredients
