Round Steak Above Average

Ingredients

• 1 round steak
• 12 pkg onion soup mix dry
• 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 4 to 5 potatoes

Directions

1. Trim and cut round steak into serving size pieces salt and pepper
2. Turn in flour and brown in frying pan I like to use Corning Ware so I can serve in it too
3. Sprinkle on onion soup mix
4. Add tomato sauce and one tomato sauce can of water
5. Scrub and cut sideways slices about 14-inch thick 4 or 5 potatoes and layer on top
6. Salt and pepper potatoes and bake at 350 about 45 minutes
7. Serves 4
