Round Steak And Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 round steak cut in 1 12-inch pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions
- Put cream of mushroom soup and water in a 5-quart Dutch oven In large skillet put 14 cup oil
- Roll steak pieces in flour brown quickly
- Drop in Dutch oven with soup and water
- Leave oil in frying pan
- Add 14 cup flour to pan and brown
- Add salt and pepper
- Add enough to make thin gravy
- Add this to Dutch oven cover and simmer until meat is tender about 1 12 hours
