Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

  1. Put cream of mushroom soup and water in a 5-quart Dutch oven In large skillet put 14 cup oil
  2. Roll steak pieces in flour brown quickly
  3. Drop in Dutch oven with soup and water
  4. Leave oil in frying pan
  5. Add 14 cup flour to pan and brown
  6. Add salt and pepper
  7. Add enough to make thin gravy
  8. Add this to Dutch oven cover and simmer until meat is tender about 1 12 hours
