Ingredients

  • 1 round steak
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • oil or shortening
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can water

Directions

  1. Pat round steak with vinegar
  2. Salt and pepper
  3. Beat with mallet or side of metal lid
  4. Let it stand for about 12 hour Cut into serving size pieces
