Ruby DildineS Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
• 1 c boiling water
• 1 large can evaporated milk
• 1 stick margarine melted
• 1 pkg graham crackers crushed fine 20 crackers
• 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 small can crushed pineapple drained

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water chill
2. Freeze milk 12 hour and whip with beater
3. Combine jello milk cream cheese sugar vanilla and pineapple in large bowl
