Ruby DildineS Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 pkg graham crackers crushed fine 20 crackers
- 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water chill
- Freeze milk 12 hour and whip with beater
- Combine jello milk cream cheese sugar vanilla and pineapple in large bowl
