RubyS Pecan Coated Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 5 oz jar sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 5 oz jars Roquefort cheese
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 clove garlic
- 12 c chopped pecan nuts
Directions
- Let cheese warm to room temperature then beat together until light and fluffy and blended
- Beat in the onion and garlic
- Roll into ball then in chopped nuts
