RubyS Pecan Coated Cheese Balls

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 5 oz jar sharp Cheddar cheese
• 2 5 oz jars Roquefort cheese
• 1 small onion minced
• 1 clove garlic
• 12 c chopped pecan nuts

Directions

1. Let cheese warm to room temperature then beat together until light and fluffy and blended
2. Beat in the onion and garlic
3. Roll into ball then in chopped nuts
