RudyS Farm Holiday Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 lb Rudys sausage
- 2 12 c corn bread
- 8 oz bag herb seasoned stuffing
- 2 14 12 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 12 c melted oleo
- 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 12 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Brown sausage and drain
- Cook onion and celery in oleo until tender
- Mix remaining ingredients together dump in sausage onion oleo and celery
- Stuff a 14 to 20 pound bird or dressing may be baked in pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350
- Feeds a hungry family
