RudyS Farm Holiday Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 lb Rudys sausage
• 2 12 c corn bread
• 8 oz bag herb seasoned stuffing
• 2 14 12 oz cans chicken broth
• 1 large chopped onion
• 2 stalks celery diced
• 12 c melted oleo
• 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
• 12 tsp pepper
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Brown sausage and drain
2. Cook onion and celery in oleo until tender
3. Mix remaining ingredients together dump in sausage onion oleo and celery
4. Stuff a 14 to 20 pound bird or dressing may be baked in pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350
5. Feeds a hungry family
