Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 c vanilla wafer crumbs crushed to a fine powder
- 1 c pecans chopped
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 14 c rum
- 1 12 Tbsp white corn syrup
- powdered sugar for rolling and to coat hands during the process
Directions
- Mix rum and corn syrup then combine with vanilla wafer crumbs
- sugar pecans and cocoa
- Roll into balls the size of a walnut
- and
- roll
- each
- ball into powdered sugar to remove stickiness
- Refrigerate on waxed paper or foil
