Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c vanilla wafer crumbs crushed to a fine powder
  • 1 c pecans chopped
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 14 c rum
  • 1 12 Tbsp white corn syrup
  • powdered sugar for rolling and to coat hands during the process

Directions

  1. Mix rum and corn syrup then combine with vanilla wafer crumbs
  2. sugar pecans and cocoa
  3. Roll into balls the size of a walnut
  4. and
  5. roll
  6. each
  7. ball into powdered sugar to remove stickiness
  8. Refrigerate on waxed paper or foil
