Rum Balls
Ingredients
- 29 vanilla wafers crushed fine
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 Tbsp Karo syrup
- 4 Tbsp rum
Directions
- Combine vanilla wafer crumbs sugar cocoa and pecans
- Mix well
- Combine Karo syrup and rum and pour over crumb mixture Mix well
- Shape into balls and roll in coconut
- Store in covered container in refrigerator
