Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 14 c rum
  • 2 Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 2 c crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 c finely chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar into bowl
  2. Stir in liquor which has been combined with syrup mix well
  3. Add vanilla wafers and nuts mix well
  4. Form into 34-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar
  5. Dry several hours
  6. Freezes well
  7. Yields 3 dozen
