Rum Nut Swirl Brownies
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine melted
- 1 c sugar
- 13 c cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Heat oven to 350
- Grease 8-inch square baking pan
- In medium bowl stir butter sugar and cocoa until blended
- Add vanilla and eggs beat with spoon until blended
- Add flour baking powder and salt
- Beat with spoon until well blended
- Spread half of batter into prepared pan
- Gently spread Rum Nut Swirl over batter
- Spoon remaining chocolate batter over top
- With spatula or knife cut through batters to marble
- Bake for 25 minutes Reduce oven temperature to 325
- Continue to bake for 10 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack
- Cut into 20 bars and serve warm
