Russian Salad

Ingredients

• 15 marshmallows
• 1 pkg lime Jell-O
• 1 pkg cream cheese
• 34 c hot water
• 1 small can evaporated milk
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 13 c pecans
• 1 banana mashed with 1 tsp lemon juice over banana
• 14 c mayonnaise

Directions

1. Mix marshmallows Jell-O and cream cheese with hot water dissolve over low heat
2. Remove from heat
3. Add other ingredients Chill in molds until set
