Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients

  • 12 c powdered sugar
  • 2 heaping c plain flour
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 12 lb butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix sugar flour and butter
  2. Add nuts
  3. Form into 1-inch balls
  4. Place on ungreased baking sheet
  5. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes
  6. When cool roll in additional powdered sugar
  7. Makes 2 to 3 dozen
