Russian Tea Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 c soft margarine
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 14 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 34 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Sift flour and salt together Add powdered sugar margarine and vanilla Add nuts Chill dough Roll into 1-inch balls
- Place on ungreased sheet
- Bake until set but not brown While still warm roll in powdered sugar
- Cool Roll in sugar again Bake in a 400 oven for 10 minutes
- Makes 4 dozen
