Russian Tea Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c soft margarine
  • 12 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 14 c flour
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 34 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Sift flour and salt together Add powdered sugar margarine and vanilla Add nuts Chill dough Roll into 1-inch balls
  2. Place on ungreased sheet
  3. Bake until set but not brown While still warm roll in powdered sugar
  4. Cool Roll in sugar again Bake in a 400 oven for 10 minutes
  5. Makes 4 dozen
