Russian Tea CakesChristmas Balls

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 12 c confectioners sugar
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 14 c flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 34 c finely chopped nuts or coconut

Directions

1. Cream butter
2. Add sugar
3. Add salt and flour mixed
4. Use hands work well
5. Blend in vanilla and nuts
6. Chill 1 hour
7. Form into balls 1-inch
8. Place 2 12 inches apart
9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a 350 oven
10. They do not brown or spread
11. Roll in confectioners sugar
12. Cool roll again
13. Yields 3 to 4 dozen
