Russian Teacakes

Ingredients
- 1 c soft butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 2 14 c flour
- 34 c chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions
- Mix butter sugar and vanilla thoroughly
- Measure flour by sifting
- Blend flour and salt stir into butter mixture Mix in nuts Chill at least 2 hours
- Heat oven to 400
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes while still warm
- Roll in powdered sugar
- Cool and roll in sugar again
- Makes 4 dozen
