Ruth BruceS Apricot Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb ribs
- 12 c apricot preserves
- 14 c catsup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 Tbsp garlic powder
- 12 Tbsp dry mustard
- 12 Tbsp ground ginger
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions
- Place ribs in a large heavy pot and cover with water
- Bring to a boil and simmer gently until tender
- Place in pan and baste with sauce
- Bake in a 350 oven for 15 to 20 minutes basting frequently
