RuthS Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp cinnamon
- 1 14 c oil
- 2 7 oz jars junior baby food carrots
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans
- Pans should be prepared with Crisco and flour Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cake springs back to touch
