RuthS Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 12 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 14 c oil
  • 2 7 oz jars junior baby food carrots

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Pour into two 8-inch round cake pans
  3. Pans should be prepared with Crisco and flour Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cake springs back to touch
