Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan greased and floured Bake for 15 minutes in a 325 oven
Remove from oven and whack pan on counter 2 or 3 times be careful and dont break your dish The cake will have risen during the 15 minutes baking time and hitting the pan on the counter will make it fall a bit
Return to a 300 oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes more
