Sage Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 c chopped onion
- 14 c margarine
- 1 12 c self-rising corn meal
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 14 c milk
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 can cream-style corn
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions
- Saute onions in iron skillet in margarine until tender Combine corn meal sugar and sage in mixing bowl
- Mix onions into corn meal mixture
