Salad Soup

Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic or garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 cucumber (about 1 1/2 c.), finely diced
- 1 green pepper, finely diced
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion (can use chopped white onions)
Directions
- Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
