Ingredients

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp Morton Quick salt
  • 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 13 tsp onion salt
  • 12 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 tsp mustard seed
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp whole peppercorns optional
  • 12 c water optional

Directions

  1. Mix and wrap in Saran Wrap
  2. Refrigerate 24 hours
  3. Remove wrap
  4. Form into 2 rolls about 2 inches in diameter
  5. Bake on broiler rack at 300 for 1 hour
  6. Freezes well
