Salami

Ingredients
- 2 lb hamburger
- 2 Tbsp Morton Quick salt
- 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 13 tsp onion salt
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 12 tsp mustard seed
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp whole peppercorns optional
- 12 c water optional
Directions
- Mix and wrap in Saran Wrap
- Refrigerate 24 hours
- Remove wrap
- Form into 2 rolls about 2 inches in diameter
- Bake on broiler rack at 300 for 1 hour
- Freezes well
