Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard or dry mustard
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 egg
- 14 cup dry bread crumbs
- 14 cup finely chopped onion
- 12 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 1 12 pound ground beef
- 1 - 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 12 cup water
- 2 tablespoons parsley optional
Directions
- Combine soup mustard worcestershire and horseradish
- Blend well and set aside
- Lightly beat egg and then add bread crumbs onion salt pepper and 14 cup of soup mix
- Add beef and mix well
- Make patties and brown in oil
- Combine remaining soup mix with water
- Pour over patties cover and cook over low heat 10 - 15 minutes
- Serve with parsley garnish
