Salisbury Steak
Ingredients
- 1 pkg from 16 oz pkg saltines
- 2 lb ground beef
- 12 c catsup
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped dry or fresh
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp each marjoram and nutmeg
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup golden mushroom is delicious
- 1 c milk
- garlic salt to taste
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms cut up
Directions
- Combine first 9 ingredients mix well
- By 14 cupfuls shape into balls or patties
- Heat soup milk and garlic salt
- Pour over patties
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
- During last 10 minutes add mushrooms
