Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

• 1 pkg from 16 oz pkg saltines
• 2 lb ground beef
• 12 c catsup
• 2 eggs
• 1 small onion chopped
• 2 Tbsp parsley chopped dry or fresh
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp each marjoram and nutmeg
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup golden mushroom is delicious
• 1 c milk
• garlic salt to taste
• 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms cut up

Directions

1. Combine first 9 ingredients mix well
2. By 14 cupfuls shape into balls or patties
3. Heat soup milk and garlic salt
4. Pour over patties
5. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
6. During last 10 minutes add mushrooms
