Salisbury Steak And Onion Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 12 c bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 14 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 14 c catsup
- 14 c water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 12 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
- In a bowl combine 13 cup of the soup with the beef bread crumbs egg salt and pepper
- Shape into 6 patties and brown pour off fat
- Gradually blend in remaining ingredients stirring to loosen browned meat bits
- Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done
