Salisbury Steak And Onion Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 12 c bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 14 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 14 c catsup
  • 14 c water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 12 tsp prepared mustard

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine 13 cup of the soup with the beef bread crumbs egg salt and pepper
  2. Shape into 6 patties and brown pour off fat
  3. Gradually blend in remaining ingredients stirring to loosen browned meat bits
  4. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done
  5. Stir occasionally
