Salisbury Steak Bake

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground chuck
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 14 c chopped onion
- black pepper taste
Directions
- Mix thoroughly 14 cup soup with remaining ingredients Set aside the rest of the soup Shape into 6 patties Place in shallow baking dish Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Spoon off fat Mix the rest of soup with 13 cup water and pour over meat Bake 10 minutes
